The staff were friendly and helpful, cleanliness of the hotel, small kitchen in the room, chance to explore other side of St. Petersburg.

The price of the comfortable & spacious junior suite, which was well appointed if a little dull. The sincere efforts of one of the girls at the reception, Elena to help us given her lack of command over English

Th Hotel is more than a half hour bus ride from the main City, though quite well connected. It claims to be business Hotel but very few of the staff, even at the front office, speak English. The bureaucratic processes are really extreme, it took 40 minutes to check us in & over half an hour with loads of paperwork to get photocopies of a passport. However it appears that this is systemic & not specific to this Hotel

The location was not so good, it took us 25-30 minutes to get to the metro o the city center

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions with a smile. The hotel was spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. We especially appreciated the small kitchen in our room, which was equipped with everything we needed. It was so convenient to have the option to prepare our own meals if we wanted to.

Reception professionality (check-in too long, knowledge about registration procedures of deskpersonell is below standard) is in very poor level and in fact corresponding to other visiter's comments in website. Sauna was not in order. About request for 45 min. of longer stay in the room, reception "offered" to pay half of daily room rate.

The hotel was strategically located just a stone's throw away from the city center, making it an easy walk to the tourist destinations. The staff’s kindness and hospitality were a big plus, making our check-in and check-out processes a breeze. The hotel’s New Year’s Eve dinner was sumptuous, with an array of food choices that really suited our palate.

The rooms were not up to date, and the photos posted on the website were far from reality, misleading us to believe that the rooms were newly refurbished. The beds were not comfortable, with old linens, and the carpets and walls looked tired and drab.

Clean, comfort and spacious room (junior suite), nice breakfast and lunch, good value for money.

Pretty far from the city center. There are no places for non-smokers in the lobby as well as in the restaurant. Hot water comes out after a few minutes waiting (12th floor).

We had a great stay in this hotel. The best aspects were the friendly staff who tried their best to speak English, the convenient location not too far from the city center in a residential area, and the fact that there was transportation nearby. Although we didn't take advantage of it, there was parking available. The cleanliness of this hotel was also noteworthy.

Location, we travelled by car, but if not, it would be a problem - the nearest metro is in 20 minutes walk. Bathroom could be a bit cleaner.

The location was pretty convenient as it was close to public transportation and easy to get around. The staff was really helpful, especially the receptionists. They were always willing to give suggestions and advice on great places to eat and visit. , the view from my room was breathtaking!

There wasn't much variety to choose from and the food was often cold and unappetizing. The tables were always dirty and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized.

Price, attentive staff of Reception Desk. Very convenient location if you are traveling with car: not too far from city center and a lot of free of charge parking places (but if you're traveling without car, then it will not be so easy to get to the city center). Breakfast is not so varied, but enough, especially for such price.

Tiny space and poor equipment of the bathroom. Dampness smell in the room. Dirty tables in the restaurant.
